Executive Chef Stéphane Hubert has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He began his career with us as a sous-chef and in 2005, was promoted to Executive Chef and entrusted with a staff of 20.
A long-standing member and Secretary-Treasurer of SCCPQ, Mauricie Chapter, Stéphane is a highly active member of this association, which named him Chef of the Year in 2005 and 2008.
His vision in the kitchen is centred on the importance of teamwork and the desire to share his culinary passion. One of his goals is to inspire emerging chefs to get more involved in regional cuisine.
