What is the Privilege program?

The Ôrigine Privilege program is a free loyalty program that allows you to collect 2% of your spendings in our hotels or on Ôrigine’s website.

What are my points worth?

The points collected have the following value: five hundred (500) points amount to one dollar ($1.00) (example: twenty-five thousand (25 000) points = a value of fifty dollars ($50,00)).

How can I acquire my Privilege card?

It is as simple as going to the “Programme Privilège – Devenir membre” section of our website to order your card.

How are points collected and used?

Points can be used on lodging, food, drinks, spas and activities billed to the room. They can be collected on expenses before taxes and gratuities. When using an Ôrigine gift card, points will be collected on the balance paid and not on the amount of the gift card.

I did not have my Privilege card during my stay. Can I still collect the points on the expenses I made?

Points do not apply retroactively. Privilege members have to contact the establishment directly and check the policy of the hotel. The decision of the hotel is final.

I lost my Privilege card and I would like a new one. How can I do so?

In case of lost or theft of your member’s card, please advise our administration as soon as possible (via email or phone). Once advised of the lost or theft, the card will be deactivated and a new card will be issued.
